The signing of a Share Purchase Agreement and Shareholders’ Agreement marks a major step towards Sirma’s planned acquisition of a 51% stake in the global supply chain and logistics specialist.
Sirma Group (Sirma) announced that it has signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Shareholders’ Agreement with Jucari Global, marking a key step towards Sirma’s planned acquisition of a 51% stake in the Australia-headquartered supply chain and logistics specialist.
The transaction is subject to agreed conditions precedent, expected to be completed within 60 days, after which Sirma intends to complete the acquisition.
The planned investment is a key step in Sirma’s strategy to build a global supply chain and logistics business combining deep industry expertise with enterprise technology, software engineering, data and artificial intelligence. Jucari is an Australia-headquartered supply chain and logistics specialist with global operations and a strong presence across the Asia-Pacific region. More importantly, the investment builds on a partnership already moving from ambition to execution.
