Dividend payment

The payment of the voted dividend for 2024 begins on August 11. The terms for receiving the dividend have been published on Sirma's website. Shareholders, who are served by an investment intermediary, will receive their dividend from them. The dividend of shareholders who do not have an investment intermediary will, be paid out by the branches of UniCredit Bulbank.

Financial reports

On July 28, the interim individual reports of "Sirma Group Holding" JSC for the first half of 2025 were published. The company's revenues reached 46 million leva, and the operating profit reached 1.6 million leva. You can read details about the activity in the Interim Individual Report for the period. At the end of August, the interim consolidated reports for the same period will be announced.

ESG

From the end of July to August 10, the HR department of "Sirma Group Holding" is conducting the "360-degree feedback" survey of the Group's employees. Each employee has the opportunity to give feedback on their colleagues by filling out the questions and at the same time, receive feedback on their own work. In turn, the direct managers will define individual goals for the next period. The results of the survey will be shared with each employee in the second half of August.

Buy-back

On August 7, "Sirma Group Holding" JSC bought back 19,709 of its shares on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. This is the fifth consecutive share buyback in implementation of the decision of the General Meeting from April 8, 2025.

White book

At the end of July, Sirma published its white book, "Can Europe Achieve Financial Autonomy?" Ensuring the independence of critical infrastructure is vital for Europe's security amid international uncertainty, especially when even close allies like the United States are sending mixed signals. This includes payment infrastructure. European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde has called for decisive steps towards financial autonomy in Europe, stressing the need for a European payments ecosystem that reduces reliance on operators like Visa and PayPal. Management

Darko Bosancic has been appointed as Senior Vice President (SVP) of innovation in "Travel & Hospitality". In this capacity, he will lead the transformation and strategic development of this important vertical for Sirma. Monika Ilieva has also been appointed to the position of Senior Vice President of the "Transport & Logistics" vertical. Both, have served in these roles as "acting SVPs" and have achieved excellent results.

Top 100 IT

"Sirma Group Holding" JSC remains one of the largest and most stable software companies in Bulgaria, ranking among the top ten for a consecutive year. In 2024, the company recorded a remarkable revenue growth of 24%, which is double the average growth rate of 12% for the 100 largest companies in the country's technology sector.

Digital Horizons 2025

Sirma took part in Digital Horizons 2025 at Sofia Tech Park AD. An event that brought together Bulgaria’s brightest minds in technology, business, and management. A special highlight was Dr. Eyal Pinko, who took to the stage with a powerful lecture and explained why cybersecurity is no longer an option, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.
