H1 Results

On August 27, Sirma's financial statements for the first half of 2025 were published. On the same date, a webinar was held to present the results for the period by CEO Tsvetan Alexiev and CFO Yordan Nedev. Sirma Enterprise AI

As announced last month, on September 15, Sirma launched the beta version of its new AI platform, Sirma Enterprise AI. This solution will initially be deployed within the company. Sirma Enterprise AI combines the latest advances in artificial intelligence (AI) with enhanced information security. Its main goal is to enable organizations to quickly and securely build, deploy and scale their own AI agents, tailored for different roles, agent teams and workflows. The platform will accelerate the adoption of AI by Sirma customers.

Dual Listing

In early September, the Board of Directors of Sirma Group Holding JSC approved the Prospectus for the admission of Sirma's existing shares to trading on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Boerse Frankfurt). On September 12, the Prospectus was also submitted for approval to the Financial Services Commission. This is an important step in expanding the company's market presence and attracting new investors. The admission of the shares to the regulated market is expected to increase transparency and trust among shareholders.

AI in Europe

On August 18, Sirma CEO Tsvetan Alexiev gave an interview for Bloomberg TV. Where does Europe stand in terms of AI development one year after Mario Draghi's report, what are the prospects for European AI projects in the coming years, and what Sirma is doing for the practical implementation of AI in various businesses, were topics discussed in the interview.

Sirma Academy

From September 17, three thematic courses of Sirma Academy started in parallel: Java Track, JavaScript Track и C# Track. The focus here is not only on the "how", but also on the "why". Along with these courses, the Introductory Course has also started, which helps with the first steps in programming. As is traditional - all courses are free for those who wish to learn.

Buy-back

At the end of August, Sirma Group Holding AD bought back 56,060 of its own shares on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. This is the sixth consecutive buyback in implementation of the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of April 8, 2025.

A Boost to the Competitiveness of DHL

Sirma’s Transport and Logistics team worked closely with DHL’s Ocean Freight division to improve the efficiency of its rate and routing operations. The collaboration focused on the development and implementation of the Ocean Freight module for the gRate tool. This innovative solution reduced manual workload by 80%, minimized data duplication and errors by over 90%, and enabled faster and more informed decision-making through immediate access to unified data. By streamlining these processes, the project resulted in significant productivity gains and improved accuracy, demonstrating how technology can transform complex logistics challenges into efficient, automated workflows.

The Digital Healthcare and Innovation Cluster in Bulgaria presented an exclusive interview with the CEO of Sirma Medical Systems, Rosen Varbanov, highlighting Diabetes:M’s impressive progress in the development of digital diabetes care. The discussion showcased the innovative solutions that Diabetes:M offers to improve disease management and patient outcomes through cutting-edge technologies. Mr. Varbanov also shared that a pivotal clinical trial of Diabetes:M’s bolus calculator has been launched.
