Dual Listing
On October 16, the Financial Supervision Commission approved the Prospectus of Sirma Group Holding JSC for dual listing of the company's shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The next step of the process will be the registration of the SGH shares on the EuroBridge segment at the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Launch of Sustainability Committee at the BBCC

1st Place at Top Companies in Arges 2025
The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Arges awarded excellence in business and local economic performance during the 30th edition of its prestigious event – “Topul Firmelor din Arges” (Top Companies in Argeș). The awards ceremony took place on October 2nd, 2025, at Star Plaza Complex in Bascov. We are proud to note that our daughter company Roweb Development S.A. was honored with the 1st Place Award in the Research, Development & High-Tech category (Medium-Sized Enterprises), confirming once again its leadership position in the local IT industry and its active contribution to the technological growth of the Argeș region.
New Podcast Studio
Sirma has generated more than 50 podcasts and webinars during the past year. It is time that we ramp up our hardware. The efforts of the Sirma Academy team brought about the setup of a dedicated podcast studio. Future podcasts and webinars of Sirma will be broadcast from here. The official launch of the studio will be live on October 21 with a discussion with the CTO of Sirma. Unoubtedly, Sirma's investors will also enjoy the professional output from the studio on their quarterly Investor webinars.
Buy-back
On October 13, Sirma Group Holding AD bought back 15,000 of its own shares on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. This is the sixth consecutive buyback in implementation of the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of April 8, 2025.
