November 2025 – Company Updates & Insights

We start with an important upcoming date: November 23, exactly 10 years ago, was the first trading date of Sirma Group Holding AD shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. This date also marks the 10-year anniversary of our successful IPO. You can follow the address of our Executive Director Tsvetan Alexiev and a summary of the challenges and achievements during this decade of publicity in the "Investor News" section on November 24.

... and here is some other interesting news from the past month, as well as several upcoming events:

Transparency Survey

Sirma has always strived to be as transparent as possible to its stakeholders. How well we are doing this and how we can improve are questions we ask you. Please take 3 minutes to fill out our Survey. Your opinion will help us become better. The survey is completely anonymous, and there are no mandatory questions.

Dual Listing

The project for dual listing is moving according to plan. During the past month we managed to translate our Prospectus into English and German. Now both versions have been uploaded to our site. Also, in early November the Sirma stock was passportized in Germany following a  communication between FSC and BAFIN. We are moving towards the first trading date in early 2026 (as disclosed in the Prospectus).

Investor Finance Forum

Sirma was a partner of this year's Investor Finance Forum. Our CEO Tsvetan Alexiev gave an interview for Investor.BG, and took part in one of the most interesting panels within the forum—the EuroBridge panel. The runner-up for EuroBridge, Sirma, was joined by Mrs. Caroline Von Linsingen—Head of IPO & Growth Financing at Deutsche Börse, Mr. Manio Moravenov—CEO of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, and Mrs. Denitsa Georgieva—Investor Relations Director of Shelly Group—the first (and for now the only) company on the EuroBridge segment with dual listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Roweb Criova New Office

It all started in 2014 with an apartment, four people, and a lot of enthusiasm... Sounds like the story of Sirma, however this is the story of our Roweb Romanian colleagues, and the time gap is 22 years. Today Roweb has a new modern Craiova office. See the location and read their story here.

Q3 Webinar

On November 27, Sirma will disclose its consolidated financial reports for the period ending on September 30, 2025. This will happen until midday. Later, at 16:00 Sofia time, the webinar presenting the quarterly results will be held. All of you are welcome to join using the following link. If you have any questions prior to the publication of the financials, do not hesitate to send them in advance to stanislav.tanushev@sirma.com.

Buyback

At the end of August, Sirma Group Holding AD bought back 31,606 of its shares on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. This is the eighth consecutive buyback in implementation of the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of April 8, 2025.

Back To Our AI Roots

Artificial intelligence stands at the core of Europe’s digital transformation—and Sirma Group Holding is among the companies shaping that future. Today, almost every business calls itself an AI company, but few were developing AI long before the hype. That legacy may be exactly why Sirma takes a more holistic view—seeing AI not as a buzzword, but as a foundation for real business transformation. Check out the full interview of CEO Tsvetan Alexiev in Recursive.

Sirma in Dubai

On 21 October 2025, Sirma Group Holding JSC registered a new subsidiary, Sirma FZE, in Dubai, in which it owns 100% of the capital. The new entity will offer business and IT consultancy, AI enablement, software system development, and cybersecurity consultancy. Sirma’s Board of Directors has concluded that now is the right time to enter the region and has taken effective steps to establish a local company. Julian Maslyankov has been appointed as CEO of the new company—see his interview for Bloomberg.

Sirma.AI

The Sirma.AI Enterprise Platform offers a different approach, integrating the flexibility of multiple LLM models with comprehensive, self-managed infrastructure. Read the whole interview with Nikolay Kondikov, SVP of Sirma Incubator & R&D Lab, who is leading its development.

Commerce Innovation Summit

On 28 October, our Romanian entity Roweb (part of Sirma Group) took the stage at Commerce Innovation Summit 2025 to demonstrate how AI is reshaping e-commerce. From automation and performance optimization to hyper-personalized customer journeys, we’re actively applying AI across our solutions to drive smarter, more engaging digital commerce experiences.
