December 2025 – Company Updates & Insights

One Decade as a Public Company

On November 23, 2015, Sirma Group Holding made its first appearance on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange—an important milestone that turned our ambitions into a public promise. 10 years later, CEO Tsvetan Aleksiev addressed the shareholders and briefly recapitulated the journey.

Q3 Results

On November 27, Sirma announced its interim consolidated financial statements for the period ending September 30, 2025. On the same day, a webinar was held, where the Executive Director Tsvetan Aleksiev and the CFO Yordan Nedev summarized the past period, explained the financial results, shared the strategic future steps for the company, and answered questions from the participants. The webinar was recorded, and if you were unable to attend, you can watch the recording, dubbed in English and German, here.

Eigenkapitalforum 2025

On November 25-26, Tsvetan Aleksiev, CEO, and Yordan Nedev, CFO, visited the Eigenkapitalforum 2025, organized by Deutsche Börse. This "Investor Day" offers invaluable information about the path ahead of us after the planned listing of FSE. During these two days, our management team visited other listed companies, met with stock exchange representatives, discussed the listing process, and connected with potential investors who share our vision for the future.

Buyback

On December 16, Sirma Group Holding AD bought back 25,000 of its shares on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. This is the ninth consecutive buyback in implementation of the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of April 8, 2025.

The Trust of the Guests

Delay costs more than revenue—its price is measured in dwindling trust of guests. Modern hospitality complexes depend on dozens of real-time integrations. When one of them fails, the effect is immediate: disappointed guests, manual decisions, and lost reputation. Sirma experts from the Hospitality segment share their experience in finding solutions.

The Eurozone, PSD3 and Open Finance—what they mean for business

Tsvetomir Doskov, Senior Vice President, Financial Industry at Sirma Group, gave an interview to Bloomberg TV, where he analyzes what the upcoming changes in the eurozone actually mean for business and why smart players will treat regulations as an opportunity, not an obligation. From open funding to instant payments, the changes are significant, and the companies that adapt the fastest will lead the way.

Where is Hospitality Heading?

As 2025 draws to a close, one thing has become unmistakably clear: the global hospitality industry is not just embracing more technology but is also rethinking how technology, people, and purpose fit together. Sirma’s Hospitality experts share lessons learned from the past year and outline the outlook for 2026.
