Strategy

Sirma is focused on the overall business transformation toward the “Intelligent Enterprise“. We have developed our own patented technologies and know-how for each stage of this transformation – from data gathering – internal, external, structured, unstructured, open, linked, „dark“ etc., through building of the knowledge models and repositories, development of AI-based analytics and predictive models, to delivering last generation „human-friendly“ user interfaces to all internal and external agents.

Board

Sirma Group Holding JSC has a one-tier management system. Its Board of directors consists of nine members with Georgi Marinov acting as Chairman of the Board.

Shareholders

Sirma Group is a public company since its successful IPO in 2015. Its 1000+ shareholders are predominantly individuals, with the majority shares being held by the founders of the Group.

Auditors

The General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 24 June 2022, elected an Audit Committee. The Committee is chaired by Mr. Angel Kraichev. Members of the Audit Committee are Mr. Alexander Kolev and Mr. Veselin Kirov. The Committee has a mandate of three years. The General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 15 June 2023, has appointed Grant Thornton Bulgaria as auditor of Sirma Group Holding for 2023.

Master in accounting, Chartered Auditor and Chartered Accountant with above 30 years of experience in the financial sphere. Chairman of SD EFCO Group AD. Member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Founder and partner at FSK “Finex”. Chairman of the Board and Executive Member of Insurance Company and Life Insurance Company “Bulgarski Imoti” AD. Worked as economic expert with the Union of Private Economic Enterprise (UPEE) and the National Council of Tripartite Cooperation to the Council of Ministers. Subsequently Chairman of the Control Committee of UPEE and member of the Financial and Accounting Life Insurance Committee to the Association of Bulgarian Insurance Companies.

Member of the Supervisory Committee of the Bulgarian Association of Insurance Brokers and Member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr.Alexander Kolev – Member of the Audit Committee

Mr.Kolev is a Master of Finance from the SU “St.Climent Ohridski” and a Bachelor of Finance and Accounting from Hogeschool van Utrecht, the Netherlands.

He has above 16 years of hands on experience in management of multinational and Bulgarian companies in the IT sector.

Mr. Kolev’s career in the IT sector started at Hewlett-Packard, Bulgaria as Finance and Operations Director.

Employed in various management positions – Group Financial Officer in Sofia France Auto, COO and CFO at software company Chaos Group, CFO at Blizoo and Eurocom Cable working with the private investment funds Waburg Pincus and EQT.

Mr. Kirov holds a Master's degree in automation and electronics.

He has above 30 years of experience in the IT field, managing a wide array of projects.

Mr.Kirov has held various positions in Sirma Group over the years.
